Join us at Willow + Harlow for a cozy, creative afternoon of junk journaling — a relaxed form of memory keeping that celebrates the beauty of everyday moments.
Junk journaling is storytelling without pressure. It’s saving the little pieces of life—receipts, doodles, notes, scraps, and memories—just as they are. Messy, layered, imperfect, and full of personality. No rules. No perfection. Just creativity.
Think glue sticks, paper scraps, photos, and good vibes.
Whether you're preserving memories, creating something meaningful, or simply enjoying a creative afternoon, this workshop is designed to be fun, relaxing, and completely beginner friendly.
Your ticket includes
• A notebook journal to start your collection
• Custom scrap packs with specialty papers
• Stickers and washi tape
• Ephemera pieces including ribbons and textured bits
• Glue sticks, scissors, and additional scrap paper
• Access to a Polaroid camera to take photos with friends and add them to your journal spread
Optional items to bring
Bring any small pieces you’d like to preserve in your journal:
• Receipts or ticket stubs
• Clothing or product tags
• Greeting cards (birthday, holiday, etc.)
• Kids’ artwork or doodles
• Magazine clippings or postcards

WOODEN WICK CARE & MAINTENANCE
To enjoy a clean, even burn every time, remember to trim your wooden wick before each use. Keep it about ⅛–¼ inch long and remove any charred pieces before relighting. Always allow your candle to melt across the entire surface during the first burn to prevent tunneling. With proper care, your wooden wick will give you a cozy crackle and a longer-lasting, safer burn.
