Processing Time
All orders are handmade and poured in small batches. Please allow 5–7 business days for processing before your order ships.
Out-of-Stock Scents
If a selected scent or vessel is temporarily unavailable, your order may require additional time for production. In this case, we will email you promptly to let you know your updated timeline or offer an alternative option.
Shipping Time
Once shipped, most orders arrive within 2–5 business days depending on your location and the carrier.
Local Pickup
Local pickup in Port Jefferson Village is available at checkout. You’ll receive a confirmation email when your order is ready.
Warm Weather Shipping
During warmer months, please bring your candle inside quickly to prevent softening or melting.
Damaged Orders
If your order arrives damaged, please email us at willowharlowco@gmail.com within 48 hours with photos of the candle, packaging, and box so we can help you with a replacement or refund.
Lost or Stolen Packages
Once a package is marked Delivered, Willow + Harlow is not responsible for lost or stolen items. Please contact the carrier first; however, we’re always here to help point you in the right direction.
