Bookings & Workshops

All candle-making sessions, workshops, and private events require full payment at the time of booking.

Bookings are non-refundable.

You may reschedule your booking one time if notified at least 24 hours in advance, subject to availability.

If you do not show up for your scheduled time or arrive more than 10 minutes late, your session may be shortened or forfeited without refund.

Private party deposits and payments are final and cannot be refunded once confirmed.
Custom & Personalized Orders

Custom candles, personalized labels, and made-to-order items cannot be cancelled once production has begun.

No refunds or exchanges are offered on custom items unless damaged upon arrival.
Retail Purchases

Candles and products purchased in-store or online may be exchanged within 7 days if unused and in original condition.

Sale items and holiday items are final sale.
Shipping & Damages

If your order arrives damaged, contact us within 48 hours with photos and your order number.

We will replace the item or provide store credit.
