Cancellation policy

Willow + Harlow Cancellation & Rescheduling Policy

Bookings & Workshops

  • All candle-making sessions, workshops, and private events require full payment at the time of booking.

  • Bookings are non-refundable.

  • You may reschedule your booking one time if notified at least 24 hours in advance, subject to availability.

  • If you do not show up for your scheduled time or arrive more than 10 minutes late, your session may be shortened or forfeited without refund.

  • Private party deposits and payments are final and cannot be refunded once confirmed.

Custom & Personalized Orders

  • Custom candles, personalized labels, and made-to-order items cannot be cancelled once production has begun.

  • No refunds or exchanges are offered on custom items unless damaged upon arrival.

Retail Purchases

  • Candles and products purchased in-store or online may be exchanged within 7 days if unused and in original condition.

  • Sale items and holiday items are final sale.

Shipping & Damages

  • If your order arrives damaged, contact us within 48 hours with photos and your order number.

  • We will replace the item or provide store credit.
